“ Prime took over management of my flat a few weeks ago, and my renting experience as improved ten-fold!

Free online rental payments, and maintenance requests are fine and dandy by me, but it’s their turn-around time that makes them spectacular. I had a leaky faucet, and I requested service on 10/1 (a Saturday) and it was competed by Monday, 10/3. (That’s 1 business day, folks!). The technician dispatched arrived exactly at the time specified and replaced my entire faucet within an hour.

The staff here is also genuinely invested in the property. Communication and trust are key when it comes to managing someone’s safe-haven, and Jenny in particular is a master at these things. She personally reaches out via the form of communication you, the tenant prefer (for instance, I’m a BIG texter). She made me feel 100% at ease during the transition between management companies, and is an absolute delight.

Renting in the Bay Area sucks, but it doesn’t have to. Prime is great at making sure of that.​​​​​​​”
